Free decision tools for ambitious UK SMEs.

Seven free snap tools, each scoped to one operating question UK founders sit with most — distress, R&D, hospitality, care, freelance, receipts, bookkeeping.

AIBritains is the cross-sector front door of the AMAYA Holdings operating group. Free to run, free to keep, calibrated to UK statute and sector regulators. The optional follow-up brief is free; we earn revenue only if you graduate to a partner — ATTOH Digital, Leyton, Begbies, Supreme Advisory.

/ TOOLS / SEVEN OPERATING SNAPS

Seven snaps. Seven jobs.

Each tool is narrow on purpose. UK SME problems don't cluster into one shape — distress is not R&D is not freelance ops is not CQC compliance. We'd rather ship seven sharp tools than one mediocre one.

Tool 01 · Partner route · Begbies
DistressCheck
Cashflow + creditor distress diagnostic. Two-week, four-week, twelve-week burn modelling. CCJ exposure, HMRC arrears posture, supplier-credit gap. Designed as a sanity-check before you call the IP, the bank, or Begbies. Output is yours to keep; the follow-up brief flags whether the right next call is a turnaround, a CVA, a graceful wind-down, or none of the above.
Run free →
Tool 02 · Partner route · Leyton
RDCheck
R&D tax credit sanity-check. Pre-Leyton, pre-HMRC, pre-claim. Tests whether you have a credible claim and what size it might land at.
Run free →
Tool 03 · Cross-sector
ReceiptSnap
Receipt admin diagnostic. What your bookkeeper is missing, what HMRC will flag, and how to fix it before year-end. UK MTD ready.
Run free →
Tool 04 · IR35 · UK
FreelanceSnap
UK freelance ops — IR35 status indicator, contract red-flag scan, invoicing rhythm, Ltd vs sole-trader maths against actual revenue.
Run free →
Tool 05 · CQC · UK Care
CareSnap
UK care sector compliance — CQC posture, RIDDOR readiness, training register, agency-cost calculator with sub-£15/hr trigger thresholds.
Run free →
Tool 06 · F&B · UK Hospitality
HospSnap
Hospitality margin diagnostic — F&B mix, allergens compliance (FSA), wage-percentage against revenue, supplier hygiene posture.
Run free →
Tool 07 · Bookkeeping
BookSnap
Bookkeeping diagnostic for UK SMEs — what your accountant should be telling you but isn't. Margin drift, VAT exposure, working-capital gap, P&L red flags. Pre-year-end, pre-audit, pre-Companies-House.

/ HOW · OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Six principles. One operating spine.

The work behind the snaps — why narrow tools beat horizontal SaaS for the UK SME audience.

Principle 01

Narrow beats broad

Each snap answers one operating question. Care-home compliance is not freelance IR35. We don't pretend it is.

One job per tool
Principle 02

UK calibrated

HMRC rates, sector regulators (CQC, FRC, FSA), Companies House. No US or EU defaults bleeding into UK answers.

UK SMEs only
Principle 03

Free on the answer

The output is yours. No paywall, no credit-card gate, no email-trap on the result. Email is optional follow-up only.

Zero paywall
Principle 04

Partner route

Each output names the right next call if you want one — Leyton, Begbies, ATTOH Digital, Supreme Advisory, A1 Elite. Always optional.

Optional · NDA-bound
Principle 05

Operator data

Eight years of UK SME operating data on the spine. Companies House, HMRC public datasets, regulator releases, anonymised partner case data.

Industrial back-office
Principle 06

No nurture sequence

One follow-up per snap, only if you opt in. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no SDR call. We don't operate that way.

One email · maximum
/ STORY / WHY THIS SUITE EXISTS

A patriotic civic tool kit.

AIBritains is built for the operator who runs the company. Founders, directors, owner-managers, office managers, ops leads — the people doing the work in the back room of a 12-person SME, not the procurement team of a 500-headcount enterprise. UK-built, UK-calibrated, UK-only.

Most SME software solves one problem at scale. The seven snaps are the calculator drawer for the seven UK SME jobs founders quietly sit with most: are we in trouble cash-wise, can we claim R&D, is the bookkeeper missing something, is this freelance contract IR35, is the care home a step from a CQC notice, is the hospitality margin really there, what is the accountant not telling us. Each one is sharp, free, and yours to keep.

We don't try to sell SaaS. We don't try to sell consulting. We don't try to sell anything inside the snap itself. The output is the output. If you want help running the answer, the follow-up brief names the right AMAYA partner — AMAYA Holdings sits behind it, ATTOH Digital is the agency-tier rebuild, ATTOH Tech supplies the engineering spine that makes a free-tool civic kit viable at this depth.

The brand is patriotic on purpose. The British SME economy is built by 5.5 million companies, almost all of them under 50 staff. Most of the software written for them is written for someone else. AIBritains is the corrective.

/ FOUNDER / WHY WE BUILT IT

For the operator. By the operator.

"Most UK SME founders don't have time to evaluate horizontal SaaS, sit through onboarding calls, or pay £400 a month for a tool they will use twice. The seven snaps are the version of that workflow that respects their actual operating life."

AMAYA Holdings · operating group

— AMAYA

AIBritains was built inside AMAYA Holdings in 2024 to give the British SME economy a calculator drawer it could trust. The engineering spine comes from ATTOH Tech; the partner network — ATTOH Digital, Leyton, Begbies, Supreme Advisory, A1 Elite — is the route out if a snap surfaces something deeper.

/ TESTIMONIALS / WHAT OPERATORS HAVE SAID

Quiet wins. Real numbers.

Anonymised reflections shared with permission. We don't publish names, sectors, or company identifiers without explicit founder approval.

Ran RDCheck before paying Leyton's onboarding fee. AIBritains said we had a credible £42k claim. Leyton agreed. The free five-minute sanity-check saved us from a £14k speculative claim and an HMRC investigation.
Founder UK B2B SaaS · 12 staff · 2026 claim
DistressCheck flagged the 14-week burn six weeks before the bank would have. We restructured the supplier credit before the CCJ landed. Begbies confirmed they would have run the same playbook.
Operations Director UK trades SME · £4m turnover · 2026
CareSnap flagged three RIDDOR gaps our compliance officer had been missing for six months. The CQC inspection that landed two weeks later went through without a notice. Worth more than the subscription would have been.
Owner-Director UK domiciliary care · 18 carers · 2026
FreelanceSnap settled the IR35 question we'd been postponing for two years. The Ltd-vs-sole-trader maths against actual revenue made the decision obvious. Switched the same week.
Freelance contractor UK tech consulting · £95k revenue · 2026
HospSnap surfaced a 22% wage-percentage drift over Q3 that our P&L was hiding behind the gross-margin line. We rebuilt the rota and clawed back 7 points of margin inside a month.
Managing Director UK casual-dining chain · 4 sites · 2026
BookSnap caught three months of VAT mis-coding our bookkeeper had been carrying. £4,800 of refundable VAT and a clean year-end. Took six minutes.
Founder UK e-commerce SME · £1.2m turnover · 2026
/ FAQ / BEFORE YOU RUN A SNAP

Common questions before running a snap.

If the answer isn't here, the snap is the right venue. Run it free — the output answers most of these.

01 What is AIBritains and how does it relate to ATTOH Digital? +
AIBritains is the cross-sector AMAYA Holdings snap suite. Seven free tools, each scoped to a specific UK SME job. ATTOH Digital is the agency tier operators graduate to when they want the full operating system — custom website, automation, content engine, CRM. AIBritains is the funnel; ATTOH is the offer.
02 Why seven different snaps and not one big tool? +
Because UK SME problems don't cluster into one shape. Care-home compliance is a different problem from freelance IR35 is a different problem from R&D claim sanity. Narrow tools are sharper. We'd rather have seven good ones than one mediocre one.
03 Are the tools genuinely free? +
Every snap is free to run, every output is yours to keep, every time. We do not paywall the answer. The optional follow-up brief is also free; we only earn revenue if you graduate to ATTOH Digital, Leyton, Begbies, or another AMAYA partner.
04 What if I want help running the answer? +
Each snap output names the right next call if you want one — Leyton for R&D, Begbies for distress, ATTOH Digital for the agency-tier rebuild, Supreme Advisory for strategic counsel, A1 Elite for senior hires. Always your call, never compulsory.
05 Will more snaps land? +
Yes. The AMAYA Holdings operating group rotates new snaps into the live list every quarter. Subscribe to the operator list to get notified — one email per release, no nurture sequence.
06 Who runs AIBritains? +
AMAYA brand portfolio — the operating group behind ATTOH Digital, Supreme Advisory, Incorpwise, A1 Elite, AIFreight, AIEmployment, and the rest. AIBritains is the cross-sector front door.
07 Is AIBritains a UK-only product? +
Yes. The tools are calibrated to UK statute, HMRC rates, sector regulators (CQC, FRC, FSA), and UK trading patterns. We do not offer a US, EU, or Commonwealth variant. UK SMEs only.
08 What data do you train on? +
Eight years of UK SME operating data accumulated by the AMAYA Holdings intelligence layer — Companies House filings, HMRC public datasets, sector regulator releases (CQC, FRC, FSA), partner-network anonymised case data. Sources listed at /robots.txt and /llms.txt.
/ SECTORS / WHO RUNS THE SNAPS

/ DETAIL / DISTRESSCHECK — DAY BY DAY

The DistressCheck flow — six minutes, four steps.

DistressCheck is the highest-stakes snap in the suite — the operator who runs it is usually 14 weeks or less from a hard cashflow event. The flow is built to surface the right answer fast, without a sales loop bolted on the front.

Step 01

Burn input

Paste last 90 days of bank-out totals, four headline AR balances, three creditor balances. The fields are pre-mapped to UK SME cashflow shape — no accountant required.

90 seconds
Step 02

Posture analysis

Snap models the 2-week, 4-week, 12-week burn against current creditor velocity. Flags HMRC arrears posture, CCJ-exposure score, supplier-credit gap. Output is plain-English, not jargon.

Three minutes
Step 03

Route recommendation

Three routes scored against the posture — turnaround (internal), CVA (Begbies), graceful wind-down (Begbies + IP). Each route shows expected cash, expected timeline, expected founder outcome.

One minute
Step 04

Optional partner intro

If you opt in to the follow-up, we route the brief to Begbies Traynor (CVA / IP) or to ATTOH Digital (turnaround support). Both intros are free. Both are your call.

Free · optional
Step 05

Audit log

The snap run is logged with timestamp, consent, route taken. You can pull the file at any time. NDA covers everything; nothing leaves AMAYA Holdings.

If the route taken was a partner route, we check in 30 days later. One message. No further follow-up unless you ask. The snap is the snap.
